Helios Quartz designs and builds quartz infrared emitters for industrial heating, drying and curing. Each emitter is matched to the material it has to heat, across short, fast medium and medium wavelengths, and built to the length, power and filament layout a production line needs. The range rests on more than 70 years of quartz processing and IR lamp manufacturing.

The Helios Quartz IR range
The catalogue covers:

Twin tube emitters use a reverse “H” profile for higher mechanical strength and can reach 6.5 metres in length. Gold, white or ruby reflectors can be applied directly to the tube to direct more of the emitted energy onto the target.
Why quartz glass, and why Helios
Quartz glass is the material of choice for clear reasons:
- Stays transparent to IR radiation
- Holds working temperatures above 1000°C
- Resists chemical corrosion

Choose by wavelength
Wavelength decides how deeply and how fast a material heats. The three standard emitter families cover most processes:
